There are number of small animal imaging resources on campus?

Bioluminescence/Fluorescence - A Spectral Instruments Imaging Lago X for bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging is available through the Cancer Imaging Shared Resource. The instrument can support a wide range of applications, ranging from well-plate imaging to small animal imaging.

Ultrasound - High-resolution small animal ultrasound imaging using the VEVO 2100 is available through the Cancer Imaging Shared Resource.

MRI and PET - The UA's Imaging Cores - Biomedical Research Laboratory has magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with 3T and 7T instruments, and a recently added PET (positron emission tomography) scanner that can be inserted into the 7T.

microCT - A Siemens Inveon micro-CT scanner is available through the Cancer Imaging Shared Resource.

SPECT - The UA's world famous Center for Gamma-Ray Imaging builds unique research instruments for small animal imaging.
