That ASU has a Cryo-TEM designed for biological samples?

The FEI Titan Krios transmission electron microscope is located on the Arizona State University campus in Tempe, AZ. Please contact the lab at ASU for more information on this instrument (installed in 2017).

If you are wondering about the uses of, and sample preparation requirements for, Cryo-TEM you might want to read this 2016 special edition of the journal METHODS entitled "Single Particle Cryo-EM, from sample to reconstruction" (the UA has a subscription to this journal).
