Open-source software (OMERO) for managing microscopy data is available at the University of Arizona?

The University of Arizona’s instance of the open-source image data management software called OMERO is available for researchers wanting to be compliant with funding agency requirements for data management. Funding for this resource was provided by the UAHS strategic initiative 5.3, with administrative support from the University of Arizona Data Science Institute.

General information about the capabilities of OMERO

Moving forward with OMERO and training resources
