The instrument is a Nikon Ti2-E inverted microscope with a Crest X-Light V2 L-FOV Spinning Disk Confocal and a Photometrics Prime 95B-25MM Back-illuminated sCMOS Camera. The instrument includes multiple laser lines and is well equipped for live cell or organoid imaging.
