The Shimadzu inspeXio is a micro focus X-ray CT (computed tomography) system, which is used to observe the internal structure of a measurement target without destroying it. It includes microfocus X-ray generator, flat panel detector, and high-precision stage, and can be used for X-ray fluoroscopic inspection and CT scanning.

While this instrument is technically not a microscope, it is capable of performing macro-level imaging of unseen (or hard to see) internal structures.
