Astromaterials analysis workshop (July 14-16, 2026) Tucson AZ

We cordially invite researchers to participate in an in-person workshop on the coordinated analysis of astromaterials. The workshop is scheduled for July 14-16, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona, at the University of Arizona’s (UA) Kuiper-Arizona Laboratory for Astromaterials Analysis (K-ALFAA<https://kalfaa.lpl.arizona.edu/>), a NASA PSEF Facility. Participants will receive both hands-on and instructional training in analyzing planetary materials using various types of instrumentation and correlative workflows to coordinate data sets. This training opportunity is limited to 5 to 10 participants to ensure personalized instruction. The workshop is open to non-UA students and other early career researchers interested in sample science.

Limited travel support will be made available to those with a demonstrated need.
