Bioimage Analysis Beginnings Bootcamp (Cambridge, MA) Jan 2027

Applications are now open for the January 2027 edition of the Bioimage Analysis Beginnings Bootcamp at Broad (BAB3) - running 9-5 Monday-Friday, January 11th-15th, in Cambridge MA USA.

Over the course of 5 days, we cover bioimage analysis from first principles, including filters, image corrections, how important it is for your analysis to be "right", and multiple open-source tools for doing bioimage analysis. While some tools require terminal installation or activation (with assistance available from TAs), *no code is required*. While intended primarily for biologists with substantial microscopy experience but minimal image analysis, we welcome folks of all backgrounds including software engineers, bioinformaticians, core facility staff, and anyone else who just wants to learn more about how to turn images into data.
