Image Analysis course with Fiji/ImageJ (May 4, June 15, 2026) virtual

We scheduled two new public sessions of our online image analysis course with Fiji / ImageJ (note, there is a fee for this course):

There are more details on the Eventbrite page, but essentially the contents of the course include the basics of image analysis, how to automatically segment and count objects (2D and 3D), how to do colocalization analysis, how to use machine learning for denoising and segmentation, and how to automate tasks with macros (and more).

This course consists of five 2.5-hour live interactive online sessions:

Monday: Introduction to Bio-Image Analysis
Tuesday: Filters, Masks and Colocalization Analysis
Wednesday: Artificial Intelligence, Image Registration and Particle Tracking
Thursday: 1-1 Chats
Friday: Image Analysis Automation With Macros; Good Practice In Image Analysis

After each lecture, there are demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce the concepts learned.
